PIP 2PIP (Partners in Protection) - is a Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) program that enlists the cooperation of private industry to enhance border and trade chain security, combat organized crime and terrorism and help detect and prevent contraband smuggling.

CSACSA (Customs Self Assessment) - Working towards becoming part of and  being a Post Audit Carrier. The CSA program is designed for low-risk, pre-approved importers, carriers, and registered drivers. To take advantage of the program, CSA-approved importers and carriers must use a registered driver to carry CSA-eligible goods into Canada in the highway mode.

POOSTEP (Secure Truck Enrolment Program) - The Port of Oakland's Maritime Comprehensive Truck Management Program (CTMP) and Secure Truck Enrollment Program have been developed to comprehensively address security, air quality, business and operations, and community issues related to trucking operations at the Port of Oakland maritime facilities.


CARBCARB (California Air Resources Board)  - The Drayage Truck Regulation  (DTR) is part of the Air Resources Board's (ARB) ongoing efforts to reduce PM and NOx emissions from diesel-fueled engines and improve air quality associated with goods movement. In addition, this regulation also provides greenhouse gas benefits and is designed to support local emissions reduction goals such as the Clean Air Action Plan by the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach and the Comprehensive Truck Management Program by the Port of Oakland.

PMVTLS (Truck Licensing System) - Port Metro Vancouver's program to reduce the environmental impact of trucking operations and to ensure port security is maintained at all time.  All carriers wanting to do business in the Port of Vancouver must have a NSC (National Safety Code) rating of Satisfactory, must be able to demonstrate the company's equipment is environmentally compliant, and they must have transport contract with someone moving freight into and out of the Port of Vancouver.
